We have put together a set of questions and answers that will provide you with the info you need from ordering, to receiving your kit.  If you have any further questions then please contact us and we will be happy to help.

This is quoted on the size and weight of your item, and also your location. you will receive an email detailing the delivery costs.

All major credit and debit cards are taken via the online shop.  You can also call us and we can take payment over the phone, and we can answer any questions you may have.

We send all our items out on a Tuesday & Thursday each week and we pay for next day delivery.  Sometimes your item may take longer if you are located further away from us.  We are situated in Kent.

We have strict safe measures in place that ensure your details are kept as safe as possible.  Please refer to 'our services' section which details our policies and procedures.

You will receive order confirmation via email and then we will let you know when your item is on its way. 

Yes, we attach an invoice within your delivery notes with each order.
